Nick completed his articles at a Sandton-based firm in South Africa and was admitted in the High Court of South Africa in 2017. Soon after being admitted, he began his own law firm with a focus on Sports and Entertainment Law. Following his passion for sport, he, with selected partners, founded a Sports Agency in addition to the law firm in South Africa to represent both individuals and corporates in the Sports and Entertainment industries. Nick has worked for and represented numerous internationally recognised musicians, artists, record labels, and professional sportsmen. 

After a bold move to emigrate from South Africa with his wife and young children, Nick joined the team at Cronje Incorporated in 2023. Since joining Cronje Incorporated and being admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Namibia, Nick has been intricately involved in structuring, negotiating, drafting, and implementing a wide range of commercial transactions. From mergers and acquisitions to business restructuring, he has a proven track record of delivering exceptional legal services to both local and international clients.

Among his notable achievements, Nick has been involved in advising international clients on two of the largest acquisitions in Namibia in 2024 and has played a key role in structuring and negotiating the Namibian aspects of the deals.
